OUR PRODUCT : Overburden Height Detection

Overburden detection system :
The ability to detect overburden is one of the key fundamental requirements in minimizing damage to systems where multiple loading/transfers are utilized.

The Overburden detection system ensures that there is no interaction between material and system infrastructure.

Functionality :
System operates by installing a photoelectric sensor on the carry side of the belt at predetermined height and location behind the oncoming infrastructure, the distance will be great enough to allow belt movement to cease prior to material colliding with infrastructure.

The system cannot be reset from a control but requires an individual to reset at the location.
